1. Orders

After receiving your payment it can take up to 14 business days to process your order.

2. Shipping

Our products are shipped from Belgium and are hand-made.

When your order is ready we will inform you via email and ship it to your address. We use Bpost (Belgian postal service) to ship our products. Please note that your package(s) will be handed to the postal service of your country upon entry. 

For orders outside the EU: your country may charge import taxes.

3. Delivery terms

Belgium: 1-2 business days*

Europe: 2-7 business days*

International: 5-21 business days*

*Please note that during busy periods it could take a little longer to receive your package.

4. Returns and warranty

You can return the items you have purchased up to 7 days after purchase (payment) if they have not been used. 

The costs of returning are for the buyer. After these 7 days, FoxBows.co no longer returns any items. 

The products must be returned undamaged, in salable condition and in the original packaging. You can choose any shipping method you want to return them. 

Items can't be used, been used, have no damage and must be in a clean condition. 

Any product that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging is damaged will not be returned.

Customs orders can't be returned since they are made to your wishes and are not salable afterwards.

6.Product care

You can rise the collar with medium hot water , further instructions will be found to the cleaning instructions added by every product.

Please note that no collar is indestructible, so check them regularly for wear and replace when necessary.

FoxBows.co cannot be held liable for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly by its products.

Note : our buckles are not made out of stainless steel , this  means that when the buckles get scratches they could rust in combination with water. 

Please be aware of this and be carefull when handling the buckles. The stainless steel is an option in the hardware option.

7. Privacy Policy

FoxBows.co treats your data as confidential information and will never pass it on, rent it out or sell it to third parties.

You can retrieve, correct, change or delete your data FoxBows.co safes in the customer list at any time.

If you have subscribed to the newsletter, you always have the option to unsubscribe.

The customer is responsible for keeping his login details confidential and the use of his password. Your password is stored encrypted FoxBows.co  therefore has no access to your password.

FoxBows.co strictly respects the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data. You have access via your user profile to all of the available data about you on FoxBows.co for consultation, modification or deletion.
